✔️Tabata Format: 20 seconds of work
with 10 seconds of rest in between.
3 or 4 rounds.

    💪🏼Bodyweight Tabata: 


    These workouts will have 5 exercises. You will have to complete 3 rounds and the total time of this tabata will be 7 minutes and 20 seconds long.

     

    💪🏼Dumbbell Tabata:


    These workouts will have 4 exercises. You will have to complete 4 rounds and the total time of this tabata will be 7 minutes and 50 seconds long.


    💪🏼Kettlebell Tabata:


    In this section you will move from exercise to exercise with little to no rest in between but you will rest only after the 5th exercise. You will get to rest between 45 to 90 seconds, depending on the fitness level you choose.


    💪🏼KBD (Kettlebells, Bodyweight & Dumbbell) Tabata:


    These workouts will have 4 exercises. You will have to complete 4 rounds and the total time of this tabata will be 7 minutes and 50 seconds long.


    💪🏼Gym Tabatas:


    These workouts will have 5 exercises. You will have to complete 3 rounds and the total time of this tabata will be 7 minutes and 20 seconds long. (These workouts will require equipment found in most gyms)

    Who is this workout plan for?

     

     

    Is not a secret that Tabata workouts are effective not only to help with fat loss efforts, but to also get people in top shape.

    The beauty of this format is that the workouts are short, but they can be challenging. In fact, they are suppose to be. 

    A typical Tabata workout can be anywhere between 5-12 minutes long. The workouts in this download are between 7-8 minutes.

    These workouts are for people that either are short in time and want to get a quick workout in, or people interested following a specific time based workout.

    Time based workouts are great because they hold you accountable.

     

    Why can't a Tabata be 30 minutes long?

    The premise of a Tabata format is for you to push yourself for a short amount of time.  This approach is sustainable and safer for most. Performing a workout with only 10 seconds of rest in between movements for 30 minutes can expose some people to potential injuries.

     

    Where can I do this workout?

     

    I created these workouts with the idea of having some essential fitness tools at home. If you don't have these fitness items at home, you can do these workouts at a gym.

     

     

    How do I get this workout plan?
